Cecil Field Spaceport

For the past 50 years, the US Govt. has allocated a fraction of our tax dollars to NASA. We do not approve of the proposed NASA budget cuts, yet we are definitely elated and excited for the building of a new commercial aerospace industry.

We envision Cecil Field Spaceport as a solution to build a space experience center whereby everyday people can experience space without leaving planet Earth. This Jacksonville facility along with the Kennedy Space Center facility would provide training for sub-orbital spaceflights.

We will establish a transparent funding solution to help build a jet engine rocket powered reusable launch vehicle.

Chances are you do not understand the FAA ruling for Cecil Field Spaceport. Basically the ruling states, to take-off under jet engine, travel 60 miles off-shore, then activate the rocket engine and achieve your sub-orbital spaceflight, then glide back and use the jet engine to make the safe landing.

"Finally something to bring up the spirits of people in Jacksonville. Another chance to rise the city out the slump."

"consider a lottery for winning the tickets to go to space thus the lottery proceeds pay of the trip.." A comment from THE PEOPLE'S SPACEPORT - The proceeds from the legal contests (not a lottery) will help to purchase a reusable launch vehicle (rocket) AND to help fund a SPACE Experience Center. More will be released about the proposed NASA assisted space tourism contests, so please be sure to show your support and join our worldwide grassroots support campaign.
